Chiropractic care

chiropractic care

The nervous and musculoskeletal systems are vital tissues and organs in the body. The skull and spinal column, comprised of the vertebrae and the sacrum, create over 56 individual joints. When a malfunction occurs in this system, and either the skull or the vertebrae are not working correctly, it interferes with the nerve flow, causing a “subluxation.” In a typical subluxation, the spinal joints are out of their proper alignment. In such subluxations, the optimal communication between the brain with the rest of the body and its various organs is impaired.

Consequently, stress is created, function and mobility are reduced, and pain typically ensues. Chiropractors are neuromuscular-skeletal specialists trained to assess, diagnose, and treat subluxations. After chiropractic spinal adjustments, the stress on the nervous system is reduced, joints can move more easily, pain eases, and the body can move and function at a higher capacity.

Massage therapy

Customized therapeutic massages can help to reduce stress in the body and relax the mind. Massage promotes muscle relaxation, increases blood circulation, improves mobility, and reduces stress and tension. After a massage, individuals may be more capable of handling physical, emotional, or psychological stress.

Nutritional consulting

Questionnaires, blood tests, hair and nail analysis, saliva tests, baseline core body temperature, tongue diagnosis, d iodine skin painting tests, baseline core body temperature, or saliva tests are performed. These help to pinpoint various nutritional deficiencies and environmental intolerances.
